Time: 9PM IST (4:30PM BST)
Venue: Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad
Zone: B

The sixth match of the ProKabaddi season sees Telugu Titans again, this time taking on Bengaluru Bulls. Both of these teams are in zone B and you can see how the league works and which teams are in which zone here: VIVO ProKabaddi Season 5 Preview.

Match Prediction

Telugu Titan’s lost their last match to Patna Pirates after Pardeep Narwal ran riot picking up 15 points against them. Also Rahul Chaudhari had a bad game thus swaying the match in Patna’s favour. This time Bengaluru’s star raider Rohit Kumar will look to bag the raid points for the Bulls, but Bengaluru will have a harder time than Patna since they have a young inexperienced squad.

I expect the Titans to win this one comfortably, especially if Rahul Chaudhari is back on form. No doubt they will be troubled by the talented Bengaluru raider Rohit but apart from this the Titan’s defence will be strong a resolute against the other raiders. In the Bull’s defence Ravinder Pahal is capable of thwarting any raider, however he can be a bit hit or miss, but nonetheless exciting to watch. Chances are Telugu will rotate the squad and give other players a chance since they are playing every day in their home leg.

Prediction: Telugu Titans 40-25 Bengaluru Bulls

Players To Watch

  • Top raider Rahul Chaudhari will look to bag the majority of the raid points, Nilesh Salunke also impressed last time out so I expect him to score raid points as well for Telugu Titans.
  • In defence look out Vishal Bhardwaj playing for Telugu Titans, he has scored 5 tackle points in each of his two games so far, I wouldn’t bet against him getting another 5 here.
  • For the Bengaluru Bulls Rohit Kumar will look to score the majority of the raid points whilst in defence Ravinder Pahal will look to secure the most tackles.

Predicted Line-ups

Telugu Titans: Vishal Bhardwaj, Rahul Chaudhari (C), Rohit Rana, Nilesh Salunke, Farhad Milaghardan (✈️), Vikas, Rakesh Kumar.

Bengaluru Bulls: Ashish Kumar, Rohit Kumar (C), Ajay Kumar, Ravinder Pahal, Preetam Chhillar, Gurvinder Singh, Kuldeep Singh.
